Hi, and welcome to my blog!
My name is Colton, and as an author I go by Colton S. Balvanz. I typically write fiction and poetry, though I’ll be the first to admit I’m not much of a poet. Publishing a novel has been my dream since middle school, and though I’ve yet to do so, I’m working at it! I grew up in Eldora, Iowa, and went on to major in Computer Science with a Creative Writing minor at the University of Northern Iowa. I made this blog as a place to share my writing and my love for it, as well as the writing related things happening in my life. I hope you all enjoy!
